"ROMA" panoramic apartment (Via del Colosseo) - OVERVIEW

"Roma Colosseum" is a large apartment with amazing views of the Roman Forum and of the Coliseum. In fact, it is located exactly in front of them, in a vantage point, and thus near Capitol Hill (in Italian: Campidoglio) and Piazza Venezia, the perfect centre of Rome.

It sleeps 8 persons in four double bedrooms + two fold-out beds.

The apartment is located on the 3d floor (with elevator) of a vintage, characteristic 19th century Palazzo. Because the apartment is on the corner with 10 large windows, it offers truly amazing views of the Colosseum, of the Arch of Constantine and of the Roman Forum. You will also be in the perfect centre of Rome, with a subway stop and an important bus stop at a stone corner. 

The total surface is 220 square meters (2400 square feet).
Past the entry door you find a spacious living room with two large comfortable sofas in front of a large stone fireplace. There is some modern and tasteful works of art that contrast very well with the ancient Roman background. A large flat screen colour TV hangs above the fireplace. All rooms are connected by large French doors which, when opened, give an even more spacious and bright impression to the already bright apartment. On the right hand side you can enter the dining room that has a large oval table. Next to it there is a bedroom with two twin beds and also the fully equipped kitchen with a service toilet.

Such a wonderful location is reflected in the views one can have from the windows of the apartment.

On the other end of the sitting room you'll find the master bedroom located on the corner of the apartment. Three large windows offer the most spectacular views. In the windows stone seats were prepared so you can have a glass of wine meanwhile looking at the heart of the Old World. The apartment on the other sides faces and overlooks from its windows a very quiet internal court with trees, and thus it is vervy silent.

From the living room you can enter a corridor that is wooden paneled. Here you'll find two bedrooms: one twin and one double bed. Also from these rooms you have direct, amazing views of the Colosseum. In case the party comprises a max. of 6 persons, one bedroom can be used as a small gym with professional tools. There are two bathrooms; one with tub and overhead shower and the other has a large walk-in shower. There is also a third, smaller bathroom, but which has only a sink and a toilet, thus small, but very handy.
